Math Gobbler (the "App") is an offline educational puzzle game provided by Yousuf Khan("we," "us," or "our"). This Privacy Policy explains how the App handles information.
1. Summary
The current version of Math Gobbler does not collect, transmit, sell, rent, or share personal information. The App does not contain advertising, analytics, user accounts, social features, or in-app purchases, and it does not require an internet connection.
2. Information stored on your device
The App stores game information locally on your device so your experience can continue between sessions. This may include:
- game progress and unlocked levels;
- scores, stars, achievements, ranks, seeds, and cosmetic unlocks;
- daily challenge progress and streaks;
- power inventory and unfinished-game state; and
- preferences such as sound, haptics, reduced motion, and high contrast.
This information remains on your device and is not sent to us. Depending on your device and operating-system settings, platform backup features controlled by you or the platform provider may back up app data.
3. Permissions and device features
Math Gobbler may use standard device features such as audio playback, vibration, and haptic feedback to provide gameplay effects. These features do not give us access to personal information. The App does not request access to your contacts, precise location, camera, microphone, photos, or advertising identifier.
4. Children's privacy
Math Gobbler is designed to be usable by a broad audience, including families. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children or any other users. Because the App has no accounts, advertising, analytics, or social features, children cannot submit personal information to us through the App.
If you believe information has been provided to us outside the App by a child, contact us and we will take appropriate steps to delete it.
5. Third-party services
The App uses Flutter and related software libraries to operate on your device. The current App does not integrate third-party advertising, analytics, authentication, or cloud-storage services that receive user data from the App. Your use of Google Play and your device remains subject to Google's and your device provider's own terms and privacy practices.
6. Data retention and deletion
We do not retain App data on our servers because the App does not send data to us. You can delete locally stored game data by clearing Math Gobbler's storage in your device settings or by uninstalling the App.
7. Security
No method of electronic storage is completely secure. However, the App reduces privacy risk by keeping gameplay data locally and not transmitting it to us.
8. Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy when the App or applicable requirements change. We will publish the revised policy at this web address and update the effective date. If a future version begins collecting or sharing data, we will update this policy and the relevant app-store disclosures before or when that version is released.
