Math Gobbler Terms & Conditions

The rules and conditions for using Math Gobbler.

Effective date: September 13, 2026 · Last updated: September 13, 2026

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of Math Gobbler (the "App"), provided by Yousuf Khan ("we," "us," or "our"). By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

1. Who may use the App

You may use the App if you can legally agree to these Terms. If you are a child or are not old enough to agree under the laws where you live, a parent or legal guardian must review and accept these Terms for you and supervise your use of the App.

2. License

We grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use the App on devices you own or control for personal, non-commercial entertainment and educational use, subject to these Terms and the applicable app-store rules.

3. Acceptable use

You must not:

  • copy, sell, rent, sublicense, distribute, or commercially exploit the App except where applicable law expressly permits;
  • reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code except where applicable law expressly permits;
  • interfere with the App's normal operation or use it to violate any law or another person's rights; or
  • remove or alter copyright, trademark, or other ownership notices.

4. Educational and gameplay disclaimer

Math Gobbler is a casual educational puzzle game. It is not a substitute for professional teaching, assessment, tutoring, or educational advice. Scores, ranks, achievements, and progress are gameplay features and do not certify academic ability or achievement.

5. Offline data and device responsibility

Game progress and preferences are stored locally on your device. Clearing app storage, uninstalling the App, changing devices, or device failure may permanently erase that information. We do not promise cloud backup or restoration of local progress. You are responsible for your device, operating-system settings, and any costs charged by your device or platform provider.

6. Intellectual property

The App, including its software, characters, artwork, audio, text, designs, and trademarks, is owned by us or used under license and is protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. These Terms do not transfer ownership to you.

7. App updates and availability

We may add, change, suspend, or discontinue features or support for the App. Updates may be required for continued use. We do not guarantee that the App will always be available, compatible with every device, or free from interruptions or errors.

8. No purchases or advertising in the current version

The current version of the App has no advertising or in-app purchases. If this changes, we will update these Terms, the Privacy Policy, and the relevant app-store disclosures as required.

9. Disclaimer of warranties

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the App is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or meet every user's requirements. Nothing in these Terms excludes warranties or consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of data, progress, profits, or opportunities arising from use of or inability to use the App. Where liability cannot be excluded, it will be limited to the minimum amount permitted by applicable law.

11. Termination

You may stop using the App at any time by uninstalling it. We may terminate the license granted by these Terms if you materially breach them. Sections that by their nature should survive termination will continue to apply.

12. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where mandatory consumer-protection laws in your place of residence apply. Courts with lawful jurisdiction in Pakistan will have jurisdiction over disputes, subject to any rights you have under mandatory local law.

13. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms to reflect changes to the App or applicable requirements. We will publish the updated Terms at this web address and revise the effective date. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised Terms to the extent permitted by law.

14. Contact

Questions about these Terms may be sent to Yousuf Khan at [email protected].
