How your information is handled in our AI football art app

This Privacy Policy explains how the “Golazo” mobile application (the “App”, “we”, “us”, or “our”) handles your information. By using the App, you agree to the practices described below.

1. Summary

  • We do not require or maintain user accounts.
  • The photos you select and the images the App creates are stored only on your device unless you choose to share them.
  • To create an image, the photo you provide is sent to Google's generative AI service (Gemini) for processing.
  • We use third-party services (Google Play, RevenueCat) and advertising (Google AdMob), which collect certain data as described below.

2. Information We Handle

  • Photos and images you provide. When you select or capture a photo to generate an art piece, selfie, wallpaper, or sticker, that photo is used to create your result. We do not store your photos on any server we control (we have none). The photo is sent to our AI provider (see Section 3) solely to generate your image.
  • Images created by the App. Images generated by the App are stored locally on your device. You control whether to keep, delete, or share them.
  • Purchase information. When you buy coins, the transaction is handled by Google Play Billing and managed through RevenueCat. We receive confirmation of a purchase and a non-identifying user identifier, but we do not receive or store your full payment details (card numbers, etc.).
  • Advertising data. The App shows rewarded ads through Google AdMob. AdMob may collect your device's advertising identifier, device, and usage data to serve and measure ads. See Section 3.
  • App preferences and local data. Settings, your coin balance, and reports you submit are stored locally on your device (using on-device storage). This data does not leave your device except as described in this Policy.
  • Content reports. If you report AI-generated content as objectionable, that report is recorded on your device to help the App respect your preferences.

3. Third-Party Services

The App relies on the following third-party services. Your information is subject to their respective privacy policies:

4. How We Use Information

We process information to:

  • Generate the images you request;
  • Process and validate in-app purchases;
  • Display rewarded advertisements and grant in-app rewards;
  • Maintain your local settings, coin balance, and content reports;
  • Operate, maintain, and improve the App.

5. Advertising and Your Choices

AdMob may use your advertising identifier to show personalized ads. You can limit or reset this at any time:

  • Android: Settings → Google → Ads → “Reset advertising ID” or “Opt out of Ads Personalization”.
  • You may also adjust your ad settings at adssettings.google.com.

6. Data Retention and Deletion

Because data is stored on your device, you can delete it at any time by deleting generated images in the App, clearing the App's data, or uninstalling the App. Uninstalling removes locally stored data, including your settings, coin balance, and content reports. Photos sent for AI processing are handled according to our AI provider's privacy policy (linked above).

7. Children's Privacy

The App is not directed to children under the age of 13 (or the minimum age required in your jurisdiction). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided information, contact us so we can address it.

8. Your Rights

Depending on where you live (for example, under the EU/UK GDPR or the California CCPA), you may have the right to access, correct, or delete personal data, and to object to certain processing. Because most data is stored on your device, you can exercise these rights directly through your device. 9. Data Security

We take reasonable measures to protect information processed through the App. However, no method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

10. International Transfers

The third-party services we use may process data on servers located outside your country. By using the App, you acknowledge that your information may be processed in other jurisdictions with different data protection laws.

11. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Policy from time to time. Changes become effective when the updated version is posted, and we will revise the “Last updated” date. Your continued use of the App after changes means you accept the updated Policy.
